there is high diversity, but compared with elsewhere (what/where) is it ?high?. number of endemic reptiles, invertebrates and flora within the subregion. But no real/significant ?centres? of endemism in Swan Coastal Plain large number of rare and threatened species and Ecological Communities ? see listing later in Synopsis. There are no significant/major ?rare features? within the subregion that define or dominate the subregion(?) tumulus springs etc cave fauna, and tumulus spring fauna and thrombolite communities |
