Monitoring the Rangelands - Photographic Sequences for Central Ranges

The Rangelands Information System Photographic Sequences is a tool which allows the user to view a photographic record of particular areas in the Rangelands. The photographs for Central Ranges has been provided by Geoff Cunningham Natural Resource Consultants and the Centralian Land Management Association.

A very unstable area in 1965, this site regenerated a good stand of mulga [Acacia aneura] that was killed by a succession of wildfires before 1993. The mulga is now absent and the main tree cover is colony wattle [Acacia murrayana].
